This is a framed original painting of a natural smoky quartz and amazonite cluster from the famed Smoky Hawk claim in Colorado. I painted this piece on 100% cotton archival watercolor paper using traditional watercolor paints and techniques. This piece actually contains real amazonite as I used a genuine mineral-based paint to paint the amazonite parts. The piece measures 9”x12,” and is framed in an American milled solid maple wood frame. The exterior dimensions of the frame measure 10”x13.25.”
